The mission of The Childrens Home of Wheeling Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) Residential Program is to foster a compassionate and therapeutic environment that provides specialized residential treatment for children, who have been removed from past abuse and neglect and specialized programming for children diagnosed with FASD.
