This major conference on Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders for mental health providers is sponsored by NOFAS Northern California, an affiliate of the National Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, and will feature renowned, international experts on FASD, Sarah Mattson, PhD, clinical psychologist, San Diego State University, and psychiatrist Kieran O’Malley, MD. The conference will focus on 1) the neurobehavioral profile of FASD, 2) identification of neurological and psychiatric problems in FASD, 3) training in diagnosis, and 4) management of neurological and psychiatric issues in this population.
