NOFAS Vice President and Spokesperson Kathy Mitchell travels the country speaking and presenting at FASD, conferences, workshops, and trainings. NOFAS participates in a full range of national, state, and community events spreading prevention messages, providing FASD training, and supporting families touched by FASD.
