CADC provides two programs for women: Women's Intervention Services and Education (WISE) and Women's Transitional Center (WTC).
Both programs provide intensive case management, prenatal care, assistance with affordable drug-free housing, employment training, counseling and support activities. WISE and WTC help these women learn how to live substance-free lives, and provide them with help to better deal with parenting, finances and personal problems.
