Ed Riley, PhD, is the Distinguished Professor, Department of Psychology, San Diego State University, SDSU/UCSD Joint Doctoral Program in Psychology; and the Director of the Center for Behavioral Teratology, San Diego State University. His is member of the National Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (NOFAS) Board of Directors, the National Advisory Council on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, Department of Health and Human Services, and the Steering Committee for the FASD Center for Excellence, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. He is among the preeminent figures and authorities on FASD worldwide.
