Since its founding in 1990, NOFAS has relied on the generous support of countless individuals, sponsors, partners, and volunteers. We are committed to meeting the expectations of those who depend on NOFAS and to advancing the cause of prevention, education, and access to services for children and adults with FASD. NOFAS is effective and efficient with its resources allocating ninety-two cents of every dollar directly to our programs.

You can help NOFAS and support our mission by making a tax-deductible contribution, volunteering at our office or at a NOFAS event, participating on a program or event committee, serving as a policy advocate or on behalf of someone living with FASD, or providing your expertise to NOFAS in an area such as business, marketing, public relations, media, or government relations.

Donations

Tax-deductible contributions are always welcome. You can contribute $5 or more by sending a check to NOFAS or donating online using your PayPal account or donating through American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover card. You can also make a donation by transferring stocks and other securities (contact NOFAS to find out how). If you are considering a significant contribution, NOFAS has several sponsorship levels with benefits for donors.

Non-cash items may also be donated to NOFAS for a tax-deduction. Office and computer equipment, or items that NOFAS can auction to raise proceeds for our mission, are also welcome. You will receive a tax deduction for the appraised or fair market value of the items you donate.

Volunteers

Volunteers and interns help in the NOFAS office with support groups, seminars, press conferences, briefings with policymakers, and fundraising events, among other activities.
