 motion projects\, Prevent\, Understand\, and Live with Diabetes.   Leone h
 as presented seminars on this topic for self advocates\, staff and caregiv
 ers.  She has helped to develop a Diabetes workbook and DVD — written for 
 self-advocates and caregivers — that addresses the areas of prevention\, d
 iagnosis\, symptoms\, diet and treatment for individuals who have intellec
 tual and developmental disabilities.  This diabetes booklet and a DVD (in 
 English and Spanish) are available from The Arc of NJ at no charge.   Thes
 e materials were developed with funding from the Horizon Foundation for Ne
 w Jersey.</p>
