Nevada State EUDL Coordinator Kathy Bartosz and Officer John Schutt will provide an overview of how geographic information system (GIS ) mapping of outlet density and crime helped the Las Vegas PD focus their EUDL enforcement efforts in hotspot areas of the city\, resulting in impro ved compliance by alcohol retailers from 78% to 98%\; and achieved an over all reduction in crime by 29%\, as well as property crime reduced by 12%.
